My wife, Teresa, and I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant during our recent trip to Las Vegas. Afterwards, I feel compelled to write this e-mail and thank your chef and staff for an exceptional dining experience. I particularly want to thank Silvano Cano. When making the reservation I had requested a window table, letting your staff know that I wanted to create a romantic experience with my wife.
Although no promises were made at the time, upon our arrival we were led to a corner table with a beautiful “love seat” and an incredible view.
We ordered the Chef Tasting menu with wine pairing. Silvano was both knowledgeable and professional in his service and explanation of why certain wines were paired with certain foods, etc. In short, he treated our lack of knowledge of wine pairing not as ignorance, but as curiosity, and spent time respectfully instilling within us an appreciation of the culinary experience we were having. We could not have been more pleased with his service, the quality of the food, and our decision to dine at your restaurant. We will recommend Alize’ to everyone we know who is heading to Las Vegas.
