Welcome to Alizé - an elegant dining room where the walls double as windows. And if the views of the glimmering lights of downtown Las Vegas aren't intoxicating enough, the contemporary French food courtesy of Chef André Rochat, will surely do the trick.
Try the perfectly seared filet mignon, studded with cracked green peppercorns, draped in a velvety cognac cream, and sided with a sumptuous truffle potato croquette; or fresh sea bass, sautéed in garlic and white wine, and served with hearts of palm salad, beluga lentils, and Manila clams.
After dinner, linger over a glass of wine and a soft slice of cheesecake, laced with a rich huckleberry sauce. Between that and the view, it doesn't get much better.
