Consistently voted one of the best gourmet restaurants in Las Vegas, André Rochat's place reminds one of a French country home — charming, a little cluttered, quiet. Classic French dishes are retuned to fit the seasons. A busy city may be right outside the door, but you'd never know it while dining. It's far enough away from "the strip" to be like another world. The restaurant has won accolades for perfect service as well as consistently perfect food.
Maitre d' Jacques Mocaer says the two top-selling dishes are Andrés Dover sole and the oven-roasted rack of lamb. Add to that classics such as marinated duck breast with blackberry amd green peppercorn sauce and vegetable chartreuse with Roma tomato and you've got the recipe for a winning restaurant.
