LAS VEGAS never does anything low-key, and Chef Andre Rochat's is no exception. The Thanksgiving meal here has seven courses and starts with free-range chicken foie gras; if the weather is fine, diners will eat outdoors under the shade of a mulberry tree and one long city block away from the noise of the Las Vegas strip. Dinner is $55 a person. If you win big at the tables, go to the Monte Carlo hotel, where Mr. Rochat also serves Thanksgiving dinner in his restaurant there, Andre’s in the Monte Carlo Resort, for $75 a person.
