I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful job that you did for my husband’s 50th birthday party, held May 30th at Andre’s at the Monte Carlo. I was disappointed that I could not thank you in person, but I was glad you had the day off—to enjoy for yourself. As a result of all your hard work and considerations, the party was a huge success and everyone was absolutely enchanted.

My brother-in-law, Joe and his wife, Nantana live and work in Las Vegas, and Joe spent many hours helping me research restaurants, hotels, and other activities to make the weekend enjoyable for everyone. His first recommendation was Andre’s at the Monte Carlo, because of the long-standing reputation of Chef Andre Rochat and the downtown location. Despite Joe’s assurances, your professional approach, and the many weeks of preparation, I was filled with trepidation as I neared the doorway to the restaurant on the evening of May 30th. I wanted everything to be perfect for this special occasion. Two seconds into your foyer changed my nervousness into relaxation and pure joy! Everything was perfect from beginning to end.

I cannot thank you enought for all your suggestions, recommendations and arrangements. As I said, I only wish I could have thank you in person.

In addition, my husband, whose career includes over 25 years of management in all facets of the restaurant business, was “blown away” by the ambience, the food, the staff, the service, the special touches. He especially appreciated the sterling silver presentation domes for the entrees and the staff’s “unveiling” ceremony! Voila!

Please extend our thanks again to Sophacles, Gabriel, Russ and Chris for their impeccable service and presentation, and especially to Chef Norbert for his fantastic banquet preparation. Everyone remarked that the atmosphere was at once elegant and friendly—a difficult balance to achieve—and the staff was a genuinely happy addition to the family gathering. There were hugs all around as we left the restaurant. Everyone is still talking about the magnificence of the restaurant and the deliciousness of each morsel of food.

Our night at Andre’s at the Monte Carlo was truly the most wonderful birthday party I could have given my husband, and I do thank you so much for helping to make it a reality. When I think of the evening, I must agree with your brochure which states, “quite simply, the best.”
