First established in 1980 in downtown Las Vegas, Andre´ Rochat expanded his award-wining establishment, Andre’s, into a much larger 2-level restaurant at the Monte Carlo Las Vegas. Here, we were able to create richly appointed private dining rooms and banquet rooms for corporate and special events of all sizes.

Under the direction of our experienced banquet room staff, we work closely with private parties, large and small, to create an unforgettable evening of sophisticated private dining. With Chef Andre Rochat still presiding, the talented FX Celebrity Chef Gary LaMorte has created  three popular menus as a foundation to your fine-dining event, but we’re happy to customize, based on your group’s needs and desires.
