Chef de Cuisine Chris Bulen is so adept at creating new menu items that he invented an Andre’s Tasting Menu, offered nightly, for people who love to try new menu items. This menu is an addition to the already popular A La Carte Menu that we offer nightly, which is compiled between Las Vegas Celebrity Chef André Rochat and Chef Bulen.

Chef Bulen’s Spring & Summer Tasting Menu offers an option of 5 courses or 7 courses wherein you choose one item in each course. The first item mentioned in each course offering is Chef Bulen’s tribute to André Rochat’s original and renowned recipes that have wowed guests since 1980. The second item in each course offering is a phenomenal vegetarian option (most of which can also be easily devised for vegans as well).   Click for Reservations
